Shipping & Delivery

We've got warehouses all around the US that help us get your products to you ASAP. You will receive the package within 3-14 business days by FedEx or UPS.

We offer free shipping and handling for all products in our store!

Cancel & Return

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. Please send us your order number and the reason for cancel in the email.

* Please be noted we only accept order cancellation before package leaves our warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to contact our customer services. We will handle your request within 2 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions to return your package. Customers need to pay the shipping cost for return if it’s not product problem. We will pay the shipping cost if it’s product problem.

Please provide us the tracking number of your return to track.

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FAQs

- Please keep the furniture in cool and dry place. If you put it outside, keep the product out of direct sunlight and protect it with waterproof cover. Because the wood will lighten and surface finishes may degrade if exposed to bright sunlight.

- Wipe with a damp cloth. Spills should be soaked up immediately with a clean, absorbent soft cloth or paper towel. 

- Due to the risk of tipping, never allow children to stand, climb, or hang on tv stands, drawers or shelves. 

- Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.

Yes. The hardware, tools and clear instructions are included. Each parts is labeled. Enjoy the fun in new furniture!
