1. HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER

You can cancel your order anytime before the package leaves our warehouse for a full refund. Please send us your order number and the reason for cancellation in the email. The money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

* Please be noted we only accept order cancellations before the package leaves our warehouse.

2. HOW TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please send us your order number and correct address in the email before the package leaves our warehouse. 

If your order is already on the way, you can contact your local post office when it arrives, to see if they can still forward the package or redirect it for you.

* Please note that once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

3. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PACKAGE!

We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be.

To help make your order perfect, we may require the order number and some photos of damaged parts to confirm, please send them by email. Our customer service will offer multiple solutions to help you. 

4. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at service@bestier.net. We will handle your request within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions to return your package.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number of your return to track. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE

Please contact us within 3 months after the shipping date, we are very pleased to deal with it for you!  

We reserve the right to refuse to service any never received item reported more than 3 months after the shipping date. 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers need to pay the shipping cost for return if it’s not a product problem. We will pay the shipping cost if it’s a product problem.

REFUNDS

The money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact your bank if you don’t receive the refund for a long time.

5. EXCHANGES

To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item.
