1. HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. Please send us your order number and the reason for cancel in the email. The money will automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

* Please be noted we only accept order cancellation before package leaves our warehouse.

2. HOW TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please send us your order number and correct address in the email before the package leaves our warehouse. 

If your order is already on the way, you can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.

* Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

3. I RECEIVED A DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PACKAGE!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with the order number and photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at service@bestier.net. We will handle your request within 1 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions to return your package.
  • Please provide us the tracking number of your return to track. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers need to pay the shipping cost for return if it’s not product problem. We will pay the shipping cost if it’s product problem.

REFUNDS

The money will automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact your bank if you don’t receive the refund for long time.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
