Understanding the Natural Wood Texture and Design of Our Furniture

Dear customer,

We have noticed that you may be confused about the lines on the surface of our furniture.

We would like to explain that these lines are intentionally added to the surface by our designers using a technique called imitation wood grain. This is to enhance the natural wood texture and beauty of the desk. Therefore, these lines are part of the desk design and should not be regarded as defects or flaws on the surface.

We recognize that solid wood furniture may contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that can have a negative impact on indoor air quality. Therefore, we have chosen particle board as our primary furniture material.

All our furniture are use P2 grade standard particle board certified by CARB, a material that does not require cutting down trees and has relatively low consumption of forest resources.

Please note that these lines do not affect the quality or strength of the particle board. If you are concerned about these lines, you can use surface treatment methods such as painting or gluing to strengthen the surface and cover up these lines.

We hope you can understand the reasons and background behind our design of these lines, and recognize that they are not defects or flaws produced during the manufacturing process. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you!

Best regards,
